Judy and I had a great time at the retreat this weekend. Karen out did herself again! Elvis even payed us a visit Friday night. You'll have to check out the Go Scrapping blog for pics. Judy and I were so dumb founded that Elvis was still alive and doing surprise appearances, we forgot to take any photos.
Friday night was an absolute blast. A lot of ladies got into the spirit and dressed up for the Las Vegas strip. There were many great outfits but Judy and I loved the creativity of Francine and Linda's costumes. Their roulette wheel hats were brilliant!
Our classes on Saturday were fabulous. I still love seeing eyes light up when I teach a new technique. I also love when some of you add your own special touch like Judy adding a whole bunch of glitter on her Noel album and Nina for adding some grunge touches to her layout. Thanks everyone for attending our classes and your kind feedback.
We met many new friends at meal time. We want to send out a special hello to the ladies from Sudbury. You gave us a good giggle and we really enjoyed your company. We tried sitting with you again but the other seats were taken. (OK...That's the excuse we're sticking with whether you believe us or not. Hehehehe!) We hope you had a safe drive home. Hope to see you at ScrapFest in April. (WINK, WINK!)
We want to thank everyone who attended our make n' take and who purchased our kits. Judy and I really appreciated all your kind and wonderful feedback. I know some of you are attending the Nottawasaga Retreat in February. We'll definitely will have new designs but remember to keep checking the website and if you want any kits sooner you can shop online or they are available at the Go Scrapping Studio in Kitchener.
