Great New Online Class

Just thought I would share another easy but precious project with you. I have recently been invited to a baby shower and it has been years since I have been to one. So I felt like doing something very special. I loved the concept of an A, B, C album and how versatile it can be. I do know that the Mom is having a boy so it made it very easy. You could alter the following project for a girl or even if you don't know the sex of the new baby just do in a combination of baby colors. I even thought how wonderful it would be in a variety of the primary colors. Maybe I will do that one next. Anyway, I just started with one simple sketch and altered it from there. I thought about doing each page seperately but this was simple, pretty and quick to do. In regards to cardstock and supplies needed; here is a quick summary of the things I used.
14 sheets of blue cardstock
14 sheets of peach cardstock
3 each of 8 different patterned papers
One 3" scalloped punch
Several sheets of white cardstock
Microsoft Word and the Font used - Pharmacy

The sketch used for each page is below:

As you can see from the following pages provided, I would alter the plan of the page for every second page in the album. A and B are just like the sketch above but C and D have been flipped. And this is the way the whole album continues. I typed each letter on the computer and then using the 3" scalloped punch, I punched each letter and placed it on the page.

Just thought I would throw in the title page as well for you to take a peek!!

I also wanted to share the words I used for each letter in the alphabet:
A ANTICIPATION
B BABY BOTTLES
C CONGRATULATIONS
D DAD
E EXCITEMENT
F FAMILY
G GRANDPARENTS
H HAPPY
I INNOCENCE
J JOY
K KEEPSAKES
L LOVE
M MOM
N NICKNAMES
O OUTINGS
P PARENTS
Q QUESTIONS
R REFLECTIONS
S SPECIAL
T TENDER
U ULTRASOUND
V VACATIONS
W WONDERFUL
X XTRA SPECIAL
Y YOUR FAMILY
Z ZZZ...
On the back page of the album I just placed a few quotes related to babies and I was done. In total it took me about 3-4 hours to whip this up. Hope you enjoy the class!!!
